Housing program

We provide our students with housing at The Isaac, a new luxury apartment that is attached to our beautiful Frisco studios! You’ll love the short 2 minute walk under lovely archways or across the street in the park.

• TDC Housing: shared room $1,080/month OR single room $2,160/month. **Students in TDC housing agree to commit financially to the full academic year.

• RA fee: one-time fee $1,550 (required for all TDC housing students)

• RA living on site
